How to report
Email info@visadeskglobal.com with the subject line 'Security report'. Please include the affected page, the steps to reproduce the issue and its impact.
If your report involves personal data, describe what you saw without copying the data itself into your message.
What we ask
Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix an issue before making it public.
Please do not run destructive tests, denial-of-service attacks, spam or automated scanning that could affect other visitors, and do not attempt to access data belonging to other people.
What we do
We acknowledge reports, investigate, and fix confirmed issues as a priority. We will keep you informed about the outcome where you have asked us to.
We do not currently run a paid bug-bounty programme, and we do not claim that this website is immune to every possible attack. We work continuously to reduce risk.
