Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel a service. We assess each request against the agreed scope and the preparation, review, appointment or submission work already completed.

Fees paid to governments, embassies, consulates or immigration authorities are controlled by those authorities and are generally outside Visadesk Global LLP's control.

Application-centre, courier, insurance, translation, booking and other third-party charges are subject to the provider's own cancellation and refund terms.

A refusal, delay, shortened validity or entry decision does not by itself make completed professional assistance refundable because those decisions are made by the relevant authorities.
